I put my rack up without too much trouble. I’d already figured it would be straightforward based on what I’d heard, and it was. The instructions made sense for the most part, though there was one step where I had to pause and double check myself. In the end it went up fine and worked out about how I expected.

I think it’s a solid buy for the price. It’s not the fanciest option out there, but for what you pay, it feels like good value overall.

It looks fine overall and does the job visually, but I wouldn’t say it really stands out. If you’re after something subtle, it’ll probably be okay.

I bought this thinking it was made in the USA, because that’s what I remembered or expected from the listing. When it arrived, I noticed it wasn’t, which was disappointing. Maybe I missed something, but that was the main reason I chose it.

Everything I ordered was in the box and looked right. No missing items, no problems, and that’s all I can fairly ask for. Good experience overall

I bought a rack from storeyourboard and I do like the idea of it. Once it was up, it looked clean and it seems useful for getting things organized. That said, the install was a lot harder than I expected. The instructions felt a little too brief, and I found the spacing confusing. I ended up having to redo a couple of holes in the wall, which was annoying, and even after that it didn’t feel quite as solid as I hoped. I’m sure someone more handy would have an easier time with it, but for me it definitely wasn’t a simple install.

Stopped in looking for a rack and they actually had it on hand, along with a few other choices to compare. Checkout was quick enough, so I was in and out without it turning into a whole thing.

I had an issue with my rack and had to go back and forth with support over a few emails. To their credit, they did get it fixed eventually, but it felt like something that was probably preventable in the first place

I picked up a board rack from storeyourboard.com, and overall it does the job. It holds my boards fine, but once you factor in fins and a few awkward board shapes, the storage space feels a bit tighter than I expected.

It’s not a bad rack at all, especially for a smaller setup. I just wish the spacing was a little more forgiving, since I ended up rearranging everything more than I thought I would

I accidentally ordered the wrong rack and had to return it. The steps were mostly clear, but the whole thing felt slower than it should’ve been. The frustrating part was that it wasn’t always clear who was actually handling my issue, so I felt like I was getting passed around a bit. Customer service did eventually help me switch to the right item, which I appreciated. Overall not terrible, but I really wish exchanges were smoother and there was clearer ownership from start to finish.

I emailed twice about a missing part and, never really got a clear answer. I got one vague reply a few days later, and then just nothing after that. The rack itself is okay, I guess, but the customer support was frustrating.

So... the rack I got didn’t really line up with my board the way I thought it would. I had to fiddle with it quite a bit, and even after that, it still felt a little off. I just wish the compatibility info had been clearer before I bought it.

I got annoyed quickly because the measurements weren’t clear at all. I basically had to guess before ordering, which is not something I have patience for when buying something online.

It did free up around a bit of floor space, but not as much as I was hoping. Once I had my boards on it, the whole thing still stuck out far and made the corner feel kind of cluttered. Installation was about what I expected, not too bad, but the space-saving photos online definitely made it look better than it feels in real life. It’s not terrible, just a little disappointing for my small garage.

Just a warning for anyone considering this rack: it works fine for holding my boards, but after a few months it started feeling a little loose. It hasn’t failed or anything, so I wouldn’t call it terrible, but I expected it to be sturdier. If you need something really tough or long-lasting, you might want to keep looking.

I’m happy with my order. The racks turned out to be good quality, so they’ll work well for what I need. Shipping wasn’t amazing, but it got here fine, so no big complaints.

I was able to find what I was looking for in the end, so it works fine enough. The menus were a little confusing though, and from the way everything is laid out, it kind of feels like the site hasn’t been updated in a while. Not a terrible experience, just a bit clunky...

I’m a bit biased toward any company that actually shows up when they say they will, and this delivery did exactly that. No waiting around or wondering where it was — it came right on time
